The race for February’s Premier League Player of the Month is heating up, with six standout stars vying for the crown!
Beto has been Everton’s talisman, netting five goals in five games to help the Toffees enjoy an unbeaten month under David Moyes. Huge wins over Leicester City and Crystal Palace, plus hard-fought draws with Liverpool, Manchester United, and Brentford, have revived the Goodison Park faithful.
It’s back-to-back for Jean-Philippe Mateta, whose four-goal haul in February took his season tally to 12 and made him one of the Premier League nominees – just four shy of last season’s best of 16 as Crystal Palace chase a shock European spot.
Over at Brighton, Yankuba Minteh showcased his attacking prowess. The winger bagged two goals against Chelsea and chipped in with an assist during the Seagulls’ emphatic 4-0 demolition of Southampton.
Liverpool are the only club boasting two Premier League nominees, with Mohamed Salah leading the charge. The Egyptian King was unstoppable, contributing to 10 goals in just six games – six goals and four assists – as he edges closer to breaking the Premier League’s single-season assist record.
Not to be outdone, Dominik Szoboszlai played a key role in Liverpool’s title charge, grabbing two goals and an assist in a standout month for the Hungarian midfielder.
Rounding off the shortlist of Premier League nominees for Best Player is Djed Spence, whose resurgence at Tottenham has been nothing short of remarkable. Drafted in as an emergency left-back, Spence delivered back-to-back clean sheets against Brentford and Manchester United before capping off the month with his first Premier League goal against Ipswich Town.

The Premier League Manager of the Month shortlist is out – and it’s packed with tactical masterminds who lit up February! 🔥
David Moyes’ return to Everton in January has been nothing short of inspired, deserving a spot amongst the Premier League nominees. The Toffees have surged away from the relegation zone, going unbeaten with two wins and three draws – including a hard-fought point in the final Merseyside derby at Goodison Park.
Oliver Glasner’s Crystal Palace have been flying under the radar but now find themselves eyeing Europe. The Eagles capped off the month in style with a 4-1 demolition of Aston Villa, adding to impressive 2-0 wins over Manchester United and Fulham.
At Spurs, Ange Postecoglou weathered the injury storm to guide his side back to winning ways. After seven games without a victory, Tottenham soared to three wins from four – only falling to reigning champions Manchester City.
Marco Silva’s Fulham quietly edged into the European race with a red-hot run, winning three of their four February fixtures – including victories over Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest. Absolutely deserving to be one of the Premier League nominees!
And at the top of the pile, Liverpool’s Arne Slot is marching towards glory. The Reds went unbeaten in six (four wins, two draws) to pull 13 points clear of Arsenal in the title race.
