The Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) is LoL’s ultimate global showdown before Worlds, bringing together the best Spring Split champions from around the world.
Since its explosive debut in 2015, where Edward Gaming edged out SK Telecom T1 in a legendary 3–2 final, MSI has become the second most prestigious League of Legends tournaments, serving as a high-stakes battleground where regions flex their dominance. With the introduction of the Play-In Stage in 2017, even wildcard regions now fight for a coveted spot, pushing underdogs into the spotlight and shaking up the competitive scene.
